The AK-9058 Lecture Theatre seat is stylish, hard wearing and practical design. The seat and back rest are made from molded ply that is ergonomically designed for comfort. The seat and leg base are made from die-cast molded aluminium alloy that has been powder coated. The leg is made of high-quality 3.0mm steel plate that is also powder coated. The chair tilt mechanism makes for easy access along the rows even when someone is already seated, all they have to do is tilt their bodies forward to allow access. The mechanism has a hydraulic slow recovery mechanism. The front and back recovery is smooth, silent and has a large gap between front and back recovery. The recovery angle has a reach of 30 degrees. The desktop is made of 25mm MDF that has been laminated and has a metal book holder under the desktop. The desk also comes with a front Privacy panel made from 1.2mm cold-rolled steel.
